Products Description
The production process of PU leather is the integration of wet process and dry process. The wet process includes single coating method, impregnation method and immersion coating method, and the dry process includes direct coating and scraping method and release paper method. The production process of PU leather is generally composed of two steps. The first step is to make the polyurethane slurry into bass ( bottom blank ) by wet production process. The second step is the dry transfer veneer, that is, using the release paper method, the made film fabric and bass are bonded to make polyurethane artificial leather.
