Brief introduction of electric grain disc mill machine
The tooth claw type pulverizer machine mainly consists of top body, cover, rotor assembly, screen mesh, feeding device and machine frame. The top body and the rotor assembly together form a crushing chamber, the rotor assembly is the main working part, material grinding is finished in the crushing chamber. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it will be rapidly broken into fine powder under the collision of circular tooth and flat tooth. Then the finished powder will be discharged from outlet through screen mesh.
Application of electric grain disc mill machine
The machine has a wide processing range. It can crush corn, wheat, beans, miscellaneous grains, straw, vines, dry/ fresh potatoes, leaf shells and other grains or feed; also can grind gypsum, lead powder, slip powder, rare earth, chemical, low-hardness minerals such as clay and coal; also smash a variety of chinese herbal medicines.
The finished flour size can be adjusted by changing different sizes of screen mesh.
