Working principle
Hydraulic cylinder as an executive element is essentially a polymer conversion device. The hydraulic cylinder converts the pressure energy of the input liquid into the mechanical energy of the linear movement of the piston.
The so-called input hydraulic energy refers to the flow and pressure of the input liquid, and the output mechanical energy is the speed v (m/s) and the traction force f when the piston moves. All these parameters are achieved by changes the working volume, so the hydraulic cylinder is a positive displacement actuator

Cylinder disassembly precautions
1, before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic circuit should be relieved.
2, disassembly should prevent damage to the piston rod top thread, oil thread and piston rod surface, cylinder liner inner wall, etc.
3, disassembly should be carried out in the old order.
4. Before and after unloading, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being polluted by dust and impurities around.
5,the cylinder should be carefully checked after removal to determine which parts can continue to be used, which parts can be repaired and reused, and which parts must be replaced.
6, the parts must be carefully cleaned before assembly.
7, to correctly install the sealing device everywhere
8, the screw connection should use a special wrench when tightening, the torque should meet the standard requirements.
9. After the piston and piston rod are assembled, it is necessary to try to measure whether the coaxiality and straightness on the full length are out of whack.
10. There should be no blocking sensation and unequal resistance when the piston component moves after assembly.
11. When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main engine, the inlet and outlet joints must be directly sealed and fastened to prevent oil leakage.
12. After assembly as required, several reciprocating movements should be carried out under low pressure to remove the gas in the cylinder.
