Machine Features
1.
Cross border cutting
, this machine can cut metal pipes between the two clamps of the rotary, there are three advantages for the cross border cutting as below:
1) Less waste, the laser head can cut materails near the back clamp, so it will save materails for the user.
2)Save floor space, the laser head can move back 6m, it can save much space for users.
3)Can cut very long pipes easiler, protect rotary clamps. If this machine cut very long pipes, the pipe can only need forward out 6m, then the laser head can cut on the whole pipe. If the metal pipe forward out too long, it will damage the clamps soon.
2. The back rotary clamp can feed pipes automatically.
3. The cross beam can move back 6m,it’s enough for cutting the whole pipe.
4. Intellignt Support part for very long metal pipe, the support part can support the long metal pipe for reducing the pressure of the rotary clamp, this is optional part
