Product Description
The J41H-150LB American Standard Cast Steel Globe Valve is designed and manufactured to API and ASME standards. The globe valve, also known as the cut-off valve, belongs to the forced sealing valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak.
When the medium enters the valve from under the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the friction of the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium, and the force of closing the valve is greater than the force of opening the valve, so the diameter of the valve stem should be larger, otherwise the failure of the stem top bending will occur. Its opening and closing parts are cylindrical valve discs, the sealing surface is flat or cone, and the valve disc moves in a straight line along the center line of the fluid.
It is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry and other working conditions with nominal pressure PN1.6~16MPa and working temperature -29~425°C. The driving methods are manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.

2.The valve disc and valve seat sealing pair adopts cone sealing, reliable sealing, debris is not easy to fall on the sealing surface, small closing force, erosion resistance, reliable sealing
3.The valve seat can be a replaceable valve seat, which can be matched with the closing sealing surface material in any combination to meet the requirements of working conditions and prolong the service life.
4.The large-diameter, high-pressure globe valve adopts a lifting rod according to the transmission mode of the valve stem according to the needs of the closing force, and is equipped with a rolling bearing type using bevel gears to reduce the closing force.
5.The materials of valve body, disc, stem, packing and fastener can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions to apply to a variety of different working conditions.
