m². and a new factory will be completed at the end of Y2022 for expand our capacity.
2. Q: How to install?
A: We will send installation in
structions
and video to you. Actually, It just take 2 hours for installation.
3. Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
A: Stick to product quality control is the principle of factory. We will test every poduct 100% qualified before delivery. We accept third party inspection from your side.
4. Q: Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, we accept 1 sample, and could arrange the shipping 1 sample for you. however considering high shipping cost,
we suggest you to ship at leat 1*20GP container, it could save the shipping cost for you. such as 1 room SKU could
packed 23 pcs in 1*20GP container.
5.Q: What would be the delivery time?
A: We usually have stock for quantities like one or two containers. For larger quantity, the production time would be 7-25 days.
6. Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Our sheds are almost zero maintenance rate, but we can still send you replacement accessories fo free within 5 years.
7.Q: What is your payment terms?
A: For new customers, currently, it is 100% deposit before order, if you have special requirement, we also could discuss it as 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment based on T/T, L/C by sight, Western Union, or Trade Assurance.
