The crayon production line mainly include three parts. it is wax melting machine, crayon moulding machine and crayon labling machine;

Wax Melting Machine
it is electric heating, the temperature could be set up.
Crayon Moulding Machine
1.The crayon machine mold adopt brass with good heating conduction features,high quality machine;
2.Accept customized mold, it could make different shape and sizes of crayon;
3.The crayon machine with water pipe for wax cooling and solidification;
4.Hydraulic crayon moulding machine.just pour wax into machine, after few minutes cooling, remove the surface solid wax, and press button, the finished crayon could be lift up.
5. Good shaping effect, the crayon shape is nice and uniform;
6. High capacity machine, it could make about 600-1000pcs per time according crayon size and shape; one worker could operate several machines at same time.

Crayon Labeling machine
This is high speed paste labeling machine, the machine adopt photoelectric pneumatic design, the control system adopt PVC control to increase the sensitivity of machine, the pen feeding part adopt conveyor belt to feed the pen.
Pen diameter and length can be adjusted. the pen could be recycled neatly and cleanly when the conveyor belt is connected with pen.
