Packing&shipping
We use fumigated wooden pallets with container easy-loading structure. The pallet will be covered with plastic film and tightened by belts. Customized packing is also workable with us.

1. What is the length for the decking?
Our common length is 1.8m, 2.6m, 2.9m, 3m, 4m and 5.8m. We also provide customized length.

2. What is your delivery time?
Generally, 1-2 weeks after confirmation of your deposit payment. Specific time depends on order items and order quantity.

3. Will the color fade because of weathering?
WPC with dark colors, including coffee color and blue gray color, is very stable within the warranty. WPC with lighter colors shall fade to various degrees due to different environment and conditions in application. But the color shall keep in uniformity, we won't see obvious uneven fading with eyes when exposed evenly.
