Alucobond Garage door consists of aluminium composite panel and insulated steel panel filling with polyurethane inside.

Its standard thickness of the alucobond is 5mm, while the thickness of steel panel can be 40mm or 50mm for selections.

Since the steel panel is made of a 0.4mm-0.5mm thick double layer steel plate and filling with ≥45kg/m³ polyurethane , the door has the performance of heat and sound insulation.
