Working Principle
Shredder Machine
The shredder uses the principle of mutual shear and tears between two relatively rotating knives to crush materials. Adopting "dual motors + dual planetary reducer", strong power, and high stability of operation. It is often used in environmental protection fields such as municipal solid waste disposal, resource regeneration, and waste incineration pretreatment. The equipment has the characteristics of low speed, high torque, large shearing force, good shredding effect, low noise, and good stability.
Working Principle
The raw material enters the inside of the shredded box through the feeding system. The box carries the shredder blade. The material is shredded, squeezed, sheared, and so on, and the material is shredded into small pieces. Discharged from the lower part of the cabinet.

Planetary Reducer
►The internal gear of the planetary reducer adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching and has the characteristics of small volume, lightweight, high bearing capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, large output torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency, and safety performance.
►It has the characteristics of power splitting and multi-tooth meshing.
