Product Description
Portable shot blasting machine is also called horizontal type or movable type shot blasting machine,
it is a surface preparation equipment used to mechanically remove various coatings, contaminants and impurities from concrete floor, or any other hard floor surface, or horizontal steel plate. It is commonly used in applications such as preparing concrete surfaces for further processing or resurfacing, removing old paint or epoxy coatings, and creating textured surfaces to improve adhesion of new coatings or toppings.
Working principle;
The abrasive material stored in the lower part of the separation tank by the feeding tube into the shot blasting parts, blasting wheel at high speed rotation by blasting motor, the abrasive is accelarater to 80m/s clean the surface,high-speed energy pills material impact worksurface, Under negative pressure pills materials and dust back to the dust back to the dust separation box, where they completed the separation of pill material and dust and impurities, good pill material into the shot blasting parts continue to recycle use, dust and impurities are filtered slip to closed set dust collection box waiting to be droped.
