Ice Cream Continuous Freezers Machine
Continuous ice cream freezers Application Freezing and whipping of ice cream mix and air to produce ice cream. Scraped surface freezing of other products.
Main Features
1. The whole machine is controlled by an intelligent system with a super huge LCD screen. The machine's operating status is shown
in the graphics whose interface can reflect the communication between the operator and the machine. The preference was protected
by the password, preventing the operation by mistake.
2. Output is adopted the low noise and undisturbed technology.
3. The practical and new type of patented churning system improves emulsification of the base;
4. The rectangle design of the pot can save more space.
5. Closed cleaning water sources help to work efficiently and sanitarily.
6. Adopting the UFI-approved refrigerant R404A which is more environmental-friendly.

Work Principle
The feed liquid of ice cream can be pumped into the Freezing cylinder together with air through the Mixing pump with air-in regulator valve. It is mixed by the mixing scraper and frozen by the R22 cryogen in the entresol. Ice cream frozen on the wall is removed constantly by stainless steel blade on the mixing scraper. Finally the feed liquid forms well-organized ice cream with right overrun under the pressure of the pump and then adjustable constant-pressure valve after it is continuously frozen, scraped and mixed with air.
