1. Q: Are you manufactures or trading company? Where is it located?

We are manufactures in Anxi town, Fujian province.
It takes 50 minutes to reach our factory from Xiamen airport.
2. Q: Can you customized the Design ,Size , Color?
A:
Yes . Our company is very open . We accept the customized design /size /color .

Q:
If I have my own design, can you accept customized? Will you show my person design on your website?
A:
Yes, OEM & ODM service are welcomed, each personal design will be keep in secret .
4. Q: If I want the samples , is that ok?
A:
Yes.
If the samples you required are available in our warehouse, we will not charge sample fees, but the delivery cost
will be paid on your side. If we need to make the new samples for you, we will charge the sample fee, it is depends
on the design & quantity, also the delivery cost will be paid on your side.
5. Q: What is the payment terms?
A:
We need 30% deposit for starting produce, and the balance will be paid upon receive copy of B/L. L/C payment
is also acceptable, it is subject to different customer’s different request.
6. Q: Can I mixed the color or design?
A:
Yes . In princess we sell in our MOQ, but mixed color or design will be ok .

Can I make a small order ? Can I order Less than MOQ?
A:
Yes . Small order are the trends. We have a special team that handles small order, and all of the team members
are experienced & skillful. They are well paid to ensure the quality even the quantity is small.
