Leak free
Polyethylene pipe is normally joined by heat fusion.Butt,socket,sidewall fusion and electrofusion create a joint that is as strong as the pipe itself,and is virtually leak free.
Corrosion abrasion chemical resistant
HDPE has excellent corrosion resistance and is virtually inert.It does
not need expensive maintenance or cathodic protection.It offers better overall resistance to corrosive acids,bases and salts than most piping
material.
Excellent flow charactristics
It has less drag and a lower tendency for turbulence at high flow.Its superior chemical resistance and non-stick surface combine to almost eliminate scaling and pitting and preserve the excellent hydraulic characteristics throughout the pipe service life.
Lightweight and flexible
Hdpe resists.the effects of freezing and allows bending without the need for an excesive number of fittings.Since Hdpe is not a brittle material,it can be installed with bends over uneven terrain easily in continuous lengths without additional welds or couplings.
Ductility and toughness
Polyethylene pipe and fittings are inherently tough,resilient and resistant to damage caused by external loads,vibrations,and from pressure surges such as water hammer.Even in cold weather polyethylene pipe tolerant to handling and bending.
Long life and high safety
PE pipes can be stored or used outdoors for 50 years without being damaged by ultraviolet radiation. It is currently the highest edible grade pipe material and one of the most widely used pipe materials.

4. Protective casing for postal and telecommunications lines and power wires.
5. Municipal sewage discharge is usually of large diameter and is used to replace traditional cement pipes.

Q1: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A1: Yes, samples are available. For ordinary products, samples are free and you only need to bear the freight; for those high-value products, you only need the freight and a certain product cost. When we both cooperate for a period of time or when you are our VIP customer, free samples will be provided when you need them.
Q2: What kind of payment can your company use?
A2: Mainly T/T, other payment methods can be negotiated.
Q3: How and when can I receive my goods after payment?
A3: For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international express (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or air freight. Normally it takes 3-5 days after delivery for you to receive the goods. For large quantities, please see shipping instructions. It will take anywhere from several days to several weeks to arrive at the destination port, depending on where your port is.
Q4: Can I use my designated label or packaging?
A4: Yes. If needed, we would like to use labels or packaging according to your requirements.
