What is Pneumatic fluorine lined control valve?
Pneumatic fluorine (PTFE, FEP, PFA) lined control valve is composed of pneumatic diaphragm actuator,straight through single seat fluoride (PTFE,FEP,PFA) Lined structure.Pneumatic fluorine lined control valve contacted with the corrosive medium adopts the corrosion-resistant, anti-aging PTFE, PEP, PRA, the high pressure lining fluorine plastic process.Pneumatic fluoride (PTFE, FEP, PFA) lined control valve is capable of controlling the flow of acid, alkali, aqua wang and other highly corrosive media, toxic volatilegas and liquid media.Therefore, Pneumatic fluoride (PTFE, FEP, PFA) lined control valve is widely used in chemical, metallurgy,medicine and other industries.
Advantage of COVNA Pneumatic Control Valve:

Good corrosion resistance: the inner cavity of Pneumatic fluorine lined control valve body, core, seat are lined with 3mm thick fluorine (PTFE, PEP, PRA) , which can withstand strong corrosive fluid.
● Good sealing performance: double sealing with PTFE bellows and packing.
● The leakage quantity is little, because the Pneumatic fluorine lined control valve core and seat are soft seal, leakage was far below the national Ⅳ level standard.
