1.316 stainless steel heaters
* used for heating weak alkaline liquids(pH values below 10), not suitable for heating acidic solutions, as the service life may be shortened.
* can be used for both before or after electroplating.
While plastic pretreatment roughening tank need equip with quartz heater or Teflon heater.
2. Industrial pure titanium heaters
* used for heating weakly acidic liquids( pH values above 4),specially burnt copper and nickel plating tanks,while not suitable for alkaline tanks,including chemical nickel and alkali copper.
3.quartz heater
* used for strong acidic liquids(below pH 4), transparent quartz heaters specially used for electroless nickel plating. Do not used for alkaline tanks;
if the glass tube is broken or water has entered the glass tube, stop using it immediately.
4. Teflon heater
* used for heating strong acid and alkali liquid ( PH value: alkaline above 10 and acidic below 4).
* It is a kind of "delicate" heater, easily to be scratched. If the surface is severely scratched, the service life will be
shortened greatly.
* Keep a distance of at least 1-2 cm between each heaters.
* After using for a long time ,clean the surface to prevent too much solid substance sticking to the surface.
5. Teflon or quartz heater can be used safely in precious potions including platinum (rhodium-plated) and gold plating,since it will not pollute the potions.
6. The tank liquid should not be lower than the red line,which is the hot zone boundary, otherwise,it may cause dry-burning and safety issue.The best water level is above the red line 5 ~8 cm.
7. Extra function---Anti-dry function
When the heater who equipped with anti-dry function is heated, the heating solution level cannot be lower than level probe,if the water level is too low and the surface temperature reaches 80 degrees (about 60~90 seconds), the heater will be powered off. Resumes working when the surface temperature is lower than about 60 degrees or the water level recovers;
8.Before putting heater into use, he should see clearly that the signs correspond to the power supply and the correct grounding. If there is any electric leakage or other abnormal conditions during use , he should stop using it immediately and contact us for guidance.
9.The general service life of Haney series heater is about 3 to 5 years. If it is not configured according to the above
instructions, the service life may be reduced.
10.Feature
* The heater with diameter 38MM and 50MM adopt integrally formed tube with wall thickness 2mm
* HN heating element adopts nickel-chromium alloy heating wire,which has considerable advantages over iron-chromium, such as High temperature resistance , not easily deformed and better corrosion resistance. The cost of nickel-chromium alloy is more than 4 times higher than that of iron-chromium alloy.
* The junction box encapsulant adopts a new type of flame-retardant sealant, which has better fire-proof and anti-corrosion effects.
