supply one-stop service as a trade company if diverse goods are needed.
Q: Can we visit your factory before order?
A: Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at station if needed.
Q: Do you have a stock?
A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: The MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to machines size and its value. For big size machine MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 5 sets.
Q: Can we buy one sample?
A: Yes, one sample order is welcome.
Q: How about your quality?
A: We have approved the ISO9001:2008 Quality management system, ISO14001 Environmental management system, OHSAS18001 International occupational health and safety management system and Social Accountability 8000(SA8000).
Most products have been approved the Europe and American safety standard, including TUV CE, GS, EMS & UL. 90% of our products are exported to more than 80 countries and regions around the world, especially to Europe and America market and always win high reputation. Q: What's your lead time / delivery time / date for delivery?
A: After receiving your payment, we start to produce your order. It usually takes about 15-45 days depending on the products you order.

A: FOB Qingdao China usually, also can be CFR/CIF/DDU/DDP if needed.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Regular 30% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment. However, if total amount is small, we prefer to 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: The warranty time of the machine is one year. During this period, we will send you the replacement for the broken part(not man made) with international express in 7 days.
