1. Sample time: 10-15 days ( 7-10 days for urgent orders ), 5-person sample development team. If there are any problems or dissatisfaction with the samples, they can be modified free of charge once.

2. Order production: 100% production in accordance with the sample and contract , with production progress updated to the client every two weeks . Quality inspectors will test the materials before they are stored to ensure they match the sample material and meet the requirements. Once it is confirmed that there are no issues, the materials will be cut. The company has professional quality inspectors who will follow up on the quality of each employee's needle work. Before the finished products are packaged, they will be compared with the samples to ensure that there are no issues before production continues. (We guarantee that the goods you receive will be 100% the same as what you want. )

3. Product quality inspection: The finished products will be cleaned by quality inspectors, who will inspect the product quality and address any issues. Products that cannot be modified will be handled as defective products. After the quality inspection, the products will be packaged and then inspected by a sample group for final shipment. The inspection rules are AQL2.5-4.0. Products that do not meet the standards will need to be re-inspected , while compliant products will receive a qualified inspection report before shipment.

4. Regarding production lead time: If the production lead time agreed upon with the client is exceeded due to reasons beyond our factory's control, 1% discount will be applied for orders overdue for 15 days, and  2% discount will be applied for orders overdue for 30 days.

5. For after-sales service, if a large quantity of the client's products received do not meet their needs, compensation or free re-arrangement of production will be provided to the client.
