Step 1 build your hexagonal system on the floor according to the instructions supplied.
Step 2 test the lighting structure on the ground to make sure the system is connected correctly.
Step 3 fix the hexagonal system to the ceiling.
Step 4 have a licensed electrician wire the system into the building with a circuit breaker.

It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 3-7 days for a small quantity, and about 30 days for a large quantity. And It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.
6.How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced in the strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly,during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for the small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
