This filling machine can be used to fill various high and low viscosity liquid and cream material:

The machine fill with high precision. It adopts feathering-proof and leakage- proof filling nozzle to ensure no leakage and feathering would happened.
Each part of machine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit different product.Apart from the wide applicable range of filling material as listed above, it has a very big filling range and can be adjusted easily. It adopts the ration piston and cylinder to fill and uses the mechanical contact to control the stroke which contribute to highly precise positioning without shift.
All the screws can be screwed by hand. It does not need any professional tools to assemble and dismount. Thus, it is very easy to clean and there is no dead corner. The easy and fast operation can greatly save the time and energy. Parts that have contact with the material adopt high quality stainless steel. Combining with the high tech process, machine quality can be ensured.
Parts that have contact with the material are all made of SUS 316l; rack, SUS 304; fame, anodized aluminum alloy.
