A1: Please provide the artwork,sample or deatails: materials, size, color, package, quantity, FOB/CIF. The quotation would be sent prompt.
Q2. How about the sample fee?
A2: The stock samples are free but freight collected.The fee of new sample is according to your design and will be refunded as the bulk reaches certain quantity.
Q3. What kind of ribbons can you buy from us?
A3: Satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, velvet ribbon, organza ribbon, printed ribbon etc.

A4: Usually sample 5-7 workdays, bulk 7-10 days due to the craft and quality.

A5: Deposit 30% before production, we accept T/T in advance, Ali Secure Payment, Bank Transfer and Western Union.
