Post-tension Metal Cold Rolled Steel Strip Corrugated Pipe Duct Making Machine
The BHP-135 pipe making machine is an equipment for producing prestressed concrete reserved channel metal corrugated pipes. It uses galvanized or cold-rolled steel strips (black belts) to roll them into double corrugated shapes and then undercut them to form corrugated pipes. It can produce Φ35 Single and double corrugated metal bellows of various diameters within ~Φ135. The corrugated pipes produced by this machine are mainly used for prestressed holes in post-tensioned prestressed concrete bridges, large buildings and other projects. This machine has small size, high efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and is suitable for centralized use on construction sites or factories. The quality of the finished pipe meets the requirements of JG225-2007 "Metal Spiral Pipes for Prestressed Concrete", and has good sealing performance and is easy to construct. The motor adopts infinitely variable speed and has a high tube discharge rate. At the same time, we produce matching flat tube machines for flat anchors.
