Product performance description

Aristo Tire Sealant is a fluid substance blended from polymers, binders agents and microfibers that flash sets and harden once it is pushed by the pressure of the escaping air to create a plug that seals the puncture hole in the tire tread area. It is formulated from a non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly materials.

It is suitable for driving on black roads and off-road, for tube and tubeless tires as well. It can be applied easily to the tires of bicycle, motorcycle, sedan, SUV, 4WDs, Vans, Light Truck, Bus, lorry and Trailer.

This product is an inert and non-corrosive substance, it doesn’t cause any corrosion or damage neither to the wheel nor the tire.

It can be washed out from the tire and the wheel easily by water only.

Features:

1. Long time lasting, adopts America cellulose for sealing, form a outside oxidize film;

2. Safe: adopts special anti-corrosive ingredients, neutral acid number, never rust steel ring and non-corrosive to the tire;

3. Cool down: adopts chemical fasten thermal conductivity, it can reduce tire temperature 9-14C in summer driving, prolongs the tire’s life;

4. Anti-bacteria: adopts oxygen consumption theory, prevent bacteria living inside the tire, long lasting sealing function.

Product usage introduction

1. Let the wheel valve in 4-8 clock position, pull off the valve core and outgas the tire.
2. Shake well the material, connect the tube with the wheel valve, press the liquid to the tire
3. Clean the wheel valve, screw down the valve core, filling the gas per standard.
4. Rounding the tire or drive the car for tens of meters, if the pressure not enough, fill suitable gas into the tire.

Matters need attention

1. After filling the material and gas, if found the gas leakage, round the tire, let the leakage point upright of the floor, if can’t seal, it may due to the hole is too big, use other repair way.
2. For uncoordinated tire and tube, aging and inferior tires, please don’t use this material.

Q: Did you ever export to oversea markets?

Q: Can you produce OEM brand?
A: Besides Aristo brand, we also provide OEM and ODM services which including some big names in the Paint, Auto, Industrial areas.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For OEM brand, the MOQ is 1X20GP; for Aristo brand, the MOQ is 6000cans/item.

Q: How do you transport your cargo?
A: Because our products are aerosol and flammable, they are declared as DANGEROUS CARGO, CLASS 2.1, UN1950. According to IMDG CODE, all DG cargo should be shipped by FCL in DG container. Otherwise, the consignor will be fined at least USD8000.00, while destination customs clearance may have risks and problems.

Q: Can we get free sample?
A: 1~2 cans free sample without can printing is no problem, but the DG cargo delivery cost should be paid by clients first and will be refund back in the first container deal.
