Introduction of Drum Heating Blanket

Drum heating blanket consists of heating element, base core, fabric, power cord, junction box and control switch (or thermostat). It can be divided into two types, i.e. thermostatic type and adjustable temperature type. The constant temperature type is one or more fixed temperature control elements implanted in the electric heating blanket, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the electric heating blanket automatically starts heating, when the temperature reaches the set temperature; the electric heating blanket automatically disconnects the power and continues to keep warm. The whole process is cyclic. The temperature adjustable type has a built-in temperature probe, which transmits the temperature signal to the relay in the temperature control box, and the relay controls the connection of the circuit. The temperature can be set by the user according to the environment and conditions of use. The common temperature range is -35℃ to 120℃, for other temperature ranges, we can customize according to customer's requirements.
