Description:
The 35mm side-inlet combined ceramic spool is the cartridge specially developed for kitchen basin faucets. It can also be called upper seal direct connected cartridge for kitchen sink faucet.
Inverted installation, single hole upwards is for water outlet, and double holes facing down are for inlets of cold water and hot water, easy to install.
The traditional kitchen faucet use a common spool, which needs complicated design and consumes much brass material.
35mm side-inlet combined valve core YLG35-07 combines the advantages of direct-connect cartridge, which directly connected cold water pipe and hot water pipe to the spool, saving faucet costs.
For this valve core, we have also made structural improvements and upgrades. Abandoned the original design which divided housing into two parts, upper and lower parts. Made the housing integrated and enhances the sealing of the valve core. Obtained utility model patent, patent number: ZL 2015 2 0018774.7.
After assembling, we will do laser marking on cartridges. The marks are simple and clear, and can be adjusted according to customer requirements, such as adding trademarks, certification, production date and so on.
