A7: The industrial standard warranty is 2 years, but it does not mean you can only use them for 2 years, we will provide free service within this 2 years, after that we still provide customer services based on your further demand.

Q8: What about delivery time?

A8: Regularly it takes about 28-35 days for bulk order, but surely it depends on specific model, order QTY and specific time you place the order, so we suggest you confirm it with us before your order.

Q9: What's main difference between monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panel?

A9: They are both mature technology, the mono conversion efficiency of is a bit faster than poly, mono 19% poly 18%, which means that during same sun charging, mono panel will get a bit more power than poly. But it’s just a bit more, not much difference, so we recommend poly which is cheaper, just for specific requirement we can use mono.

In the solar lighting industry, sometimes for the convenience of customers to understand and compare, we use the power of traditional halogen lamps as a reference to label the brightness of LED solar lighting fixtures. This is because many customers have a relatively intuitive understanding of the power and brightness of halogen lamps, so this conversion method can help them understand the lighting effect of LED solar lamps more quickly.
However, it should be noted that there are significant differences in the luminous principle and efficiency between LED lamps and traditional halogen lamps. LED lighting fixtures have higher luminous efficiency and longer service life, so they can usually provide higher brightness and better lighting effects at the same power.
Therefore, when we say that the power of LED solar lamps is 1200W, it does not mean that they consume 1200W of electricity, but rather that their lighting effect is equivalent to the lighting effect of traditional halogen lamps with 1200W. In fact, the power consumption of LED solar lighting fixtures is much lower than this value, which is also one of the important advantages of LED lighting fixtures in energy conservation and environmental protection.
