Rotator mixer is mainly used for mixing molding sand and clay sand.It is specially fitting to mix the molding sand.It also can be used for mixing self-hardening resin sand and core sand.When its working,the plow in lower speed pushed the sand in pan to form rotational motion,the rotor blades in medium speed exert either impact force to molding sand or shear force with plow to make impact and mixing. The details as following.
1)It is equipped with low-speed scraper with the best combination of rotor speed.It has the advantage of strong mixing capacity.
2)It is equipped with diabase cast stone, tungsten carbide surfacing, fillers and other new materials, greatly improving the life of wearing parts.
3)It is equipped with latest rotary discharge door which can open flexible and completely solved the problem of sand drain at the bottom.
4)It is equipped with symmetric access door that can be opened conveniently for maintenance and cleaning.
