A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.
2.Can you make OEM/ODM
A.Yes,we could do OEM/ODM orders based on the customer’s request.
3.What is your MOQ?
A.For normal models,we have
them in stocked,so the MOQ is 100pcs/item.
4.What is your lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 1000pcs.
5.What certificate do you have?
A.CE,Rohs,Erp,FCC,TUV etc.
6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DDP, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT ,by sea ,by train etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to
arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
7.What is your trad term?
A.FOB,CNF,CRF,EXW etc.other ways can be negotiated.
8.What's your payment term?
A.T/T, 30% as deposit,70% before delivery.
9.What's your product warranty policy?
A: We offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
10.How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including
re-call according to real situation.
