1. Can you provide sample?
Yes. Sample weight less than 1 kg , sample weight more than 1 kg will be charged based on the FOB price of the products. The courier fee will be charged separately.
2. How do you control the products quality?
Our factory has a complete set of fully automated equipment, the data analysis system is adopted to strictly control the quality during the production. Every order will be carefully inspected by the professional QC team before loading in the container, so that the high product quality can be maintained and guaranteed.
3. What’s your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 100kg per item. If you have specific customized requirement regarding to the packaging, please contact our sales for a more accurate price.
4. What’s your accepted payment way and trade terms?
Generally, we accept T/T and Alibaba trade assurance orders service. The trade terms that we used more frequently are FOB, CIF and CFR. For other trade terms, please contact our sales for further information.
5. How long is the lead time for mass production?
For the first order, since we need to confirm the requirements and details of the ordered products, the lead time will be around 45 days. For the following orders, the lead time will be around 35 days.
6. How do you pack the products?
If you need bulk products, the finished products will be packed in aluminium foil bag. We also accept customized packaging. Our fully automated packaging inkjet line is able to satisfy various packaging needs.
