1.Do you produce the stand-up pouch packing machine?How about the packing speed?
Our company provides the pre-made pouch packing machine that applies to all kinds of stand-up pouch and stand-up zipper pouch.Please make sure the length and width of the stand-up pouch are no more than the limits of our machine.The packing speed is determined by the product you want to pack.Generally speaking,the packing speed of our machine is about 55 bags per minutes.
2.Do you provide the pre-made pouch packaging machinery?
Yes,we produce the pre-made pouch packaging machine of various models on daily basis,and we are confident we can provide what you want.If you have special requirements about the machine,please present us the design and we can make it especially for you.E.g.We can add the zipper opening device,nitrogen filling device,dust cleaning apparatus and many other devices to the machine for you.
3.Is your machine capable of packing salt or salty products? How about its corrosion resistance?
We did the experiment of packing salt.As you know,the salt has the complex chemical composition and strong corrosion,so if you choose our 316 stainless steel made machine,and clean machine timely after use,we can promise our product will have good performance for a long time.By the way,we can adopt the special production techniques to make the machine according to the characteristics of the product you want to pack.
4.Do you provide the professional after-sale services?
Yes,we value each of our customers.We can appoint our engineer to the customer to install and debug the new machine upon request of customer.We can provide the customer with the user training for better operation and maintenance of the machine, but the travel expense and the remuneration of trainer should be paid by customer.
5.Do you have the packing machine for tobacco?
Yes,we provide the professional tobacco packing machines with different measuring methods,and please inform us of which measuring method you want.The tobaccos are a little bit humid and twining together,so make sure the packing machine you choose is professional.
6.Your pre-made pouch packing machinery is too expensive.By contrast,your vertical packing machine's price is much more acceptable.I would rather choose your vertical type machine.

7.How can you full automatic rotary packaging machinery remove the air bubbles in the pouch?
We can install a device onto our machine that can remove the air upon the liquid.We used to do an experiment to test the device,and the testing result is satisfying.
8.How could your machine open the pouch?What is the suction cup for?
You are good at observing.Take our rotary packaging machinery for instance,the machine takes use of the pneumatic,principle to open the pouch by the suction cups.We adopt the high quality SMC suction cup in order to prolong the service life of our machine.
9.What kind of motive power does your machine generate?
Our machine generates the mechanical powder and pneumatic power.
10.What is the difference between your two types of bag magazine?
We have the horizontal type and bin type bag magazines.The horizontal type is designed for the automtic horizontal conveying of the stand-up pouch or long pouch.The bin type is designed to feed the tree-side seal bag,four-side seal bag,back-sealing bag and stand-up bag.Please make the choice according to the pouch you are using.
