FRP REFRIGERATED/INSULATED TRUCK BODY
This truck box is produced by hot-pressing process, outer cover material is FRP, inner material is 80mm-100mm PU insoltion plate, stainless steel door locks, floor optional T-type aluminum guide, Checkered aluminum and Stainless steel, high thermal insulation performance. It is mainly used for refrigerated transporting of food, medicine, seafood, ice cream, cold drink, meat, fish, vegetables and other goods. Refrigeration unit optional brand of BH, Thermo-king, Carrier etc, with stand-by power(220V/380V) .the temperature range from -20 to +25 degree.

(1) The cold body can be equipped with side doors, or separate differenttemperature zones;
(2) Related accessories can be arbitrarily configured in the compartment, such ascargo fixtures,
cargo suspension devices, shelves in the compartment, insulation curtains, aluminum T rails,
ventilation slots, etc;
(3) The rear door of the cold body can be opened 270 degrees, and can be equippedwith a hydraulic
lifting tail plate according to customer requirements to facilitate cargoloading and unloading.

Structural Characteristics
|
Bodies can be supplied by MTC in CKD form and assembled quickly by customers on site. The CKD components include front wall assembly, side wall assembly, rear door assembly, roof assembly, floor assembly and connections.

Assembly Components

1. Fit aluminum profile in the composite panels beforehand and get front wall assembly, left and right side wall assembly.
2. Fit door panels into rear frame beforehand, fit door seals, hinges and bars , then get rear door assembly.
3. Fit roof lights and wirings in the roof beforehand and get roof assembly. 4. Fit sub frame in the floor beforehand and get floor assembly. |

On-site Installation
|
When reaching customers, put the floor assembly in the platform, first of all, fit the front wall assembly, fit the left and right side wall assembly, then fit rear door assembly and finally fit the roof assembly. That's how we install truck bodies.

Generally,we ship our truck body CKD(completely knocked down) or SKD(semi knock down) by container, assembled truck by container too, but the it is small quantity.
2. Our truck is korea or japan brand,your truck body fit it?
Of course,Generally, global light trucks can be divided into 10ft,11ft,12ft,14ft,15ft,16ft and 18 feet in terms of cargo box length, middle truck have 20-32ft length, The truck body can be combined with different brand trucks simply by adjusting the distance of the beam.
3. Is it difficult to install Truck body CKD or SKD ?
