1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We get office in Quanzhou while factory in Xiamen. The factory gets the Sedex 4P Audit repot. And our team members get 5-20 years' experience in candle industry.
2.Q:What is our main line?
A: We are specialzing in scented candle, sometimes together with fragrance diffuser. Meanwhile, we provide empty containers and boxes for our clients.
3.Q:What is your MOQ?
A: For slack season from Oct. to Mar., it could be 500-1000 pcs. For peak season from Mar. to Oct., it would be 1000-2000 pcs as usual. However, sometimes, it could be negotiable. For items ready to ship, the MOQ be 50/100 pcs and the price includes the shipping by air.
4.Q:What about the production leadtime?
A: As usual, the new production costs 35-45 days after your order and deposit. If you need it urgently, please feel free to contact. And for items ready to ship, it takes about 10 days.
5.Q:How can I get some samples? And what is the sample leadtime?
A: We could make customized samples according to the picture you showed us. The logo and printing work can be changed. It usually costs about 7-15 days. We will charge the sample charge together with the shipping cost by UPS.
