There is a chemical lab and a physical lab in factory.The inspection of the goods before leaving the factory will be done by the labs.
The labs have all the equipments for steel chemical composition test, mechanical properties test, zinc thickness inspect, paint thickness inspect etc.The Ultrasonic flaw detector is used by certified inspector for Non-Destory Test (N.D.T) to check the welding quality.
