Marine Deck Units
TopAire Marine Deck Unit featured by reliability, high-quality and flexibility suitable to marine air conditioning application, available to seawater cooled system or fresh-water cooled system. The compact design gives easy access to the components for period maintenance and minimum installation power.
Single circuit
Due to the limited space on board, AC unit is as compact as possible. Deck unit is an ideal solution for marine and offshore applications featured by compactness, high efficiency, reliability of performance and convenience for maintenance.
Deck unit is combined with condensing unit (CU), air handling unit (AHU) and electric control device. The unit is in operation after connection to cooling water and electric power supply in order to be started and operating.
AHU is made of modular section, which is assembled as per variable function required.

2. Marine shell and tube suitable for freshwater / sea water cooling
3. High / medium pressure air handling unit
4. All components fitted with control panel suitable for 50/60Hz
5. Changeable direr filter / air filter
6. Refrigerant R404a as standard, HFC refrigerant R134a, R407c, R417a available.
7. Nominal cooling capacity: 35kw to 418kw
8. Standard unit power source based on 380/50/3, 440/60/3

Bitzer compressor as standard are used for TopAire Deck units. Carriers, Bock and other brands compressors are available upon request. Danfoss control valves, switches as standards, other brands available upon requests.

Dual Circuits
Topaire offers custom designed deck unit with twin refrigeration circuits. The unit is fitted with two independent refrigeration circuits, each system has one identical compressor. Two water cooled condensers with the same cooling capacity share the common skids. All cooling tubes are fitted in one common shell.
The cross-lined evaporating cooling coil has 2 identical and independent refrigeration circuits of which one works and the other standby. Topaire deck unit is suitable for long time partial load condition.
