1.What’s the material for the plastic wood? Is it PVC?
We use 100% PS (Polystyrene) for plastic wood slat, which means our products are non-toxic, recyclable and ecologically sound
(ozone-friendly and burn as cleanly as candle wax). They do not contain any plasticizer like PVC. |

2.Will it faded or will the texture disappear after being used for a long time?
The plastic wood is extruded with the colors and textures (not painted), so it will not fade easily, however the color will fade slightly and the texture will become more flat after years of use in the rain and with UV-exposure. The change is worn out a little bit and quite naturally, just like the real timber.

3.What’s the maximum length for your plastic wood?
2-2.9m is the maximum length which worry-frees you from distortion.

4.Can you make customized plastic woods with my sizes or textures?
Yes, we can make mold for required sizes or textures.
Accordingly, you will have to bear the mold cost and we can refund you when order quantity exceeds certain amount. Most of thetime, we advise customers to choose the sizes and textures from our existing list of 142 sizes and a number of textures.

Our plastic wood is customized for outdoor furniture making regarding recipe esp. UV-resistance and all-weather performance. Out of your proposed 3 applications, we recommend our products for roof and fence but not decking.

9.How shall I assemble the plastic wood slats?
The plastic wood slat is very easy to assemble with couple of screws and glue when
necessary, jut like the real timber. |
