Product Description
Introduction
1.The machine is driven by servo motor and equipped with vacuum system for filling and kinking. The packing and filling process iscarried out under vacuum condition.The machine is equipped with man-machine interface, servo motor, reducer, PLC controller alladopt imported parts, equipped with hoist, can automatically feed, save manpower.
2. This machine adopts blade type (scraper type) filling method, automatic quantitative and fractional, can be connected withdouble card machine,become filling and punching automatic production line.The filling process is completed in the vacuum state,which can effectively prevent fat oxidation, avoid protein hydrolysis, effectively ensurethe product shelf life, bright color and mellow taste.
3. The pump body, impeller and blade of this machine adopt special heat treatment technology, high finish, good wear resistance,and easy to clean.The normal chyme error is not more than ±1.5g.Normal block product error is not more than ±3g. Quantitativerange is 5-999g with direct flow of 6500kg/h.
4. The machine has the function of automatic kinking, suitable for the products of natural casing, protein casing and smokedcasing.Fumigation film kinks the fastest 400 times/min. .
