Simplified Gravity Placer rein Gold Recovery Centrifugal Gold Concentrator
Simplified gold centrifugal concentrator is a type of simplified gold concentrator to collect the big particle free gold in placer gold or grinded vein gold. It is an ideal equipment to replace the expensive knelson gold concentrator. It can work perfectly with gold wet pan mill machine.
In operation, material is fed as a slurry of minerals and water into a rotating bowl that includes special fluidized grooves or riffles to capture the heavies.
Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water is introduced through the multiple fluidization holes in the inner cone to keep the bed with heavy minerals. Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water plays an important role during the separation.
Capacities range from 1 ton to 1.5 ton per hour.Beneficiation test shows that the recovery can reach 90%,especially for recovering the natural lode ore gold, or the grinding size after wet pan mill be 80 to 150 mesh.
