Machine introduction
The PVC double pipe production line
is developed with the advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ 51-105 or SJSZ 65-132 conical twin screw extruder. Equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spraying calibration. Avoids affecting on one tube when the other one is being adjusting. The auto single-control double traction machine and cutting machine are combined , to provide simple operation experience.
Similar to the double pipe machine , we also provide 4 pipe machine which is able to process with 4 pipes at one time , increased production effciency

A:Appearance of Final products may differ from pictures shown, but we can make sure each component and technical parameters remains the same as quoted, we also provide videos of whole traceable production process if necessary.
Q: Do you provide samples for free?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free but we do not pay the cost of freight. Also we can provide detailed sample pictures or videos.
Q: How can I make sure the machine running good in my plants?
A: First we will have a home commissioning in our factory for your inspection. If you need assistance in installing and staff training , we can also send engineers to service overseas and solve all problems.(notice: return flight and $80 per day salary will be on customer）
