A3: Of course.We can send you samples for free via freight collect. The freight can be returned once the order is confirmed.
Q4: What certificates do you have for your products?
A4: Since we are a producer with variety of products.Our customers normally do the quality testing themselves. From our customers' feedbacks, conform to ASTMD4236, EN-71, TRA, USP51&61, 62. MSDS and etc.
Q5: What is the regular MOQ for your product?
A5: paint: 3000pcs for each color; Diy toys: 5000sets each item.
For those regular items which we have in stock, the quantity could be less.
Q6: What's your payment term?
A6: Regularly doing 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T for the first cooperation. For future orders, the payment terms is negotiable.
Q7: Delivery time?
A7: Usually it's 15-20 days after receiving deposit, specific delivery date based on the order quantity.
Q8: If we don't have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?
