This equipment can grow various metal single crystals. At present, our company has grown Cu, Ag, Au, Fe and Mg single crystals with this equipment, and the diameter can reach 37mm. The lifting device is used for Bridgman crystal growth and can be combined with different single-zone or multi-zone temperature-controlled tube furnaces.
