1. Material:

1) Sili cone QR -8904, curing agent QR -03, color paste

2) Silic one heat transfer coating: QR -98 A / QR -98 B.

3) Hot melt adhesive

2. S teps

1) Silic one QR -8904 and QR -03 according to 100:10 deployment, evenly, press 8-10% add color paste, evenly, screen printing on the film, screen printing once, baked to the table dry, until the desired effect and thickness, color.The last time the silicone is not baked.

2) Transfer QR -98 A / QR -98 B printing glue product 100:5 evenly, printed on the silicone surface, three times the best, each time to dry the table is appropriate.Leave the hot glue on.

3) Screen printing already added hot melt powder glue 5-8 times, imported hot melt adhesive can be added 20-30% hot melt fan printing.Bake dry each time, do not stick to the plate is advisable.(hot melt adhesive diluted with 783 or cyclohexanone)

4)Bake at 140 degrees for 30 minutes.

5) Press 150 degrees for 15 seconds.According to the fabric thickness and silicone thickness to increase the pressing time.

3. Notes:

1) A. B is sealed separately and stored at room temperature for 3 months.

2) Imported PA powder is recommended for hot melt powder.
