Product Description

Overview: Refractory aggregates are granular materials that play a skeleton role in the composition of refractory materials. They are granular materials with a particle size greater than 0.08mm made from various refractory raw materials through calcination, crushing or artificial synthesis. Refractory aggregate is the main material in unshaped refractory materials, generally accounting for more than 60% of the total composition .

Material classification: The materials of refractory aggregate are clay, high alumina, corundum, siliceous, magnesia, magnesia-aluminum spinel, etc.

Stomatal classification: refractory dense aggregate, thermal insulation lightweight aggregate. The porosity of refractory dense aggregate is less than or equal to 30%; refractory dense aggregate can be divided into ultra-dense aggregate, high-dense aggregate and ordinary dense aggregate. The porosity is: <3%; 3%-10%; 10%-30%.

Classification of thermal insulation aggregate pores: Heat-insulating lightweight aggregates refer to aggregates with a porosity greater than or equal to 45%. Including ordinary lightweight aggregates with a porosity of 45%-80%; ultra-lightweight aggregates with a porosity greater than 80%; special lightweight aggregates, etc.
