1. Product introduction
The two-component polyurethane sealant belongs to the two-component reactive fixation type, which is composed of A and B. Group A is divided into milky white or light yellow viscous polyurethane prepolymer, and group B is divided into black paste or liquid formed by mixing and dehydration of curing agent and auxiliary agent, which has certain elasticity and adhesion after curing (component A: component B = 10:0.8 ~ 1.2).
Two-component polyurethane sealant has excellent wear resistance, low tenderness and softness, wide adjustable range of performance, large mechanical strength, good adhesion, good elasticity, and excellent restorability. It is suitable for dynamic joints, deformation joints and expansion joints. Good weather resistance, good oil resistance, biological aging resistance and low price.
2.Scope of application
The product is suitable for the connection of building materials such as civil construction, transportation, concrete
prefabricated parts and filling and sealing of construction joints. Advanced roads, Bridges, airstrips, underground pipelines, connection seals at joints and expansion joints and deformation joints in tunnels and buildings.
3.Matters needing attention
1. Buildings must be kept dry, clean and free of oil.
2. before the construction should be the bottom coating solution on the surface, after the surface dry gap on both sides of the 10mm wide 50mm protective tape, to prevent the construction of excess sealant surface dirty.
3. Fully mix 1 drum of white sealant (component A) and 1 bag of black curing agent (component B) in the container until there is no color difference.
(Note: Due to different climate, component B should be more in winter and less in summer) A: B= 10:0.81-1.2, and A small test should be done before use.
4. the mixed polyurethane sealant with a gray knife or a squeeze gun into the seam to fill, and then with ≥10cm wide putty knife to scrape the glue flat.
5. Remove the protective tape after applying the adhesive. Avoid water and rain within 24 hours.
(The table dry time ≤24 hours, 7 days before the irrigation test, 28 days of performance are all achieved.)
