A: Our factory is located in Wuming District, Nanning city, Guangxi province , China. Welcome to visit our company.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: 10-15 days. 5 -7days for samples.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Western Union or T/T Payment. For order <=USD2,000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For order >USD2000.00, 30% of deposit,and 70% balance before delivery.
Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Customized sample is also available. Sample charge is required, but this charge can be refunded from real order. Sample freight is on our clients.
Q: How could I install a shelf rack?
A: Detailed installation guide video will be provided.
Q: Is ODM or OEM available?
A: Yes.
Q: What are main rack and sub-rack?
A: The difference between two racks is the upright. Main rack is the starter with 2 uprights and sub-rack is the
conbined rack with 1 upright only. During one long shelve, there is only one main rack, while 2, 3 or more connected sub-racks.
Q: What is the packing way?
A: Polyfoam for uprights and beams, and export cartons for other parts.
