Q:Dose your factory have any certificate?

Q:Do you accept OEM or ODM order?

We accept OEM,ODM with customer's logo and packing design.
Q:What's your MOQ?
A:
For our existing mould One piece. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
Q.What is your sample policy?
A:
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A:
(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us;
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us;
(3) Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection.
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.
Q:How about the payment?
