1). What is your MOQ of protective EVA storage box?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2). How to pay us?
a. T/T, 30% deposit, balance should be settled before shipping.
b. Ali trade assurance/Paypal/Western Union/ TT
3). Can I get samples before place an order?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free,but the buyer bear the shipping costs. But for custom designs, we have to charge you accordingly, it’s refundable once your bulk order reaches.
4). How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it needs 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
5). How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 10-18 days for MOQ. (depend on it’s complexity)
6). How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.
7). ODM & OEM accept?
Of course, we warmly welcome ODM & OEM service and we have rich experience on it.
