GZM-200 AUTO automatic liquid filling machine adopts the subsurface filling method in the barrel, which is suitable for 200L single drum filling; the uniquely designed adjustable pneumatic ball valve and spray valve not only increase the filling speed, but also ensure Filling accuracy; and it can minimize the dripping of residual liquid when the filling is completed; the gas hood can prevent the volatile gas from leaking during the filling process, and effectively protect the operator.
During operation, the empty barrel is placed on the empty barrel conveyor line, and it stops automatically when it is in place. The automatic matching device automatically aligns the empty barrel mouth directly under the nozzle of the spray valve; the spray valve automatically drops into the barrel mouth, the empty barrel is automatically peeled, and then doubled accurately. Fast filling; after filling, the spray valve is automatically raised to the outside of the barrel and enters the full barrel conveyor line. When it reaches the capping position, the conveyor stops, the cap is manually placed, and the capping machine is pulled down for capping to complete the filling.

the drum can be changed by adjusting the distance between the left roller and the fixed roller and the pressure roller.
4. Conveying part
The cylindrical workpiece is pushed to the
welding station for a short time by the pawl of the conveying part, and waits. After the welding of the workpiece at the welding
station, the electrical automatic control part sends a signal, and the pushing part can push the workpiece from the to-be-welded
station to the welding station again, and then cycle.
5. Pushing part
After the welding of the front workpiece is
completed, the pushing part can be started, and the workpiece is slowly advanced to bring the workpiece into the welding state.
Then, quickly return to the orginal position and wait for the next cycle.

Upper and lower electrodes and seam welding parts:

The upper electrode cylinder applies electrode pressuretothe upper electrode wheel through the lower support. An electrode cooling pipe is installed in the middle of the lower electrode wheel. The outer diameter of the upper electrode wheel is φ300 mm. Available to φ250mm. The upper electrode wheel is equipped with a manual dressing tool. Users can trim and deburr according to the situation. The upper electrode wheel is installed at the front end of the upper electrode part, the rear end of thich is a cantilever bracket, and an electrode cooling pipeline is arranged in the middle of the upper electrode wheel.
Lower electrode part: The outer diameterof the lower electrode wheel is φ300mm, which can be used to φ250mm. Cylinder knurling is used to drive the electrode wheel to ensure stable welding.
Shear and unloading part:
The welded workpiece passes the V-belt and slideway oftheunloading part, and then passes straight through the shearing tongue mechanism(about 1000mm). After cutting the tongue, the drum is pushed out by the cylinder to complete a welding cycle of the workpiece weld.

Overlap control part:

Pneumatic system, cooling system and lubrication system
Compressed air is used as the power source for the movementof the weam welding machine, such as the movement of the electrode wheel, the axial movement of the electrode wheel, the generation of electrode pressure, and the unloading of the material. The seam welding machine is equipped with the corresponding cooling system and lubrication system. The lubrication system is divided into a conductive grease lubrication part, and the two parts are automatically supplied with grease by their respecitve dry oil pumps.
