119 0 NT Natural Gas Engin e
Model 1190NT natural gas engine is a kind of power machinery operating mainly on combustible gaseous fuels like natural gas etc. It is used chiefly for driving oil pumping units as well as power facility for matching other machines such as generator, water injection pump and compessor etc.Single cylinder horizontally arranged and condensing cooling are applied for Model 1190NT natural gas engine. Modern structure, new material and latest technology of current internal combustion engines are extensively adopted. And that brings out the engine with favourable features like: quick ly start, reliable to run, compact in structure, long in service life, easy for operation and maintenance, advanced of technical and economic targets and widely applicable for field working even under severe conditions. This engin es quite well equipped with automatic protective devices , capable of unmanned running. It can also burn on well head accompanying gas (simply treated) to drive oil pumping units , as a result of which oil production costs been greatly reduced. So, it is an ideal power facility for oilfield development in outlying regions.
1. Working Principle of the Natural Gas Engine
1. The Natural gas engine is a kind of power machinery that operates oncombustible gaseous fuels like gas , natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas.Taking a four stroke spark ignited natural gas engine as an example, the working process is illustrated in Fig. 1-1.
The four graphs represent different piston positions at the begining andending of the four strokes.
Intake Stroke Crankshaft 5 rotates in the direction as marked by thearrow in Fig 1-1(a), driving piston 3 to move down by connecting rod 4 when intake valve 8 opems. With pston moving downe the cylinder interna volume increnses. fresh nir and nstaral gss uniformly mtzed in carburettorare aspirnted into cvlinder , and the eylinder is fuilly charged with mizture of air and nntural ghss.
Compression Stroke Crankshaft rotates under the inertia effect of fl y wheel. pushing piston to move from bottom dead center to top dead ernt.by connecting rod while both intake and exhatist valves are elosed. The mixture is compressed.
Working Sroke When piston moves to the top dead center , spark plu g 7 produces sparks under the effect of high voltage current generated fronmagneto and ignition coil, and ignites the combustible gas in cylinder , In thcombustion process, high temperature and pressure are generated. pushirpiston to move down and driving crankshaft to turn by connecting rod, aresult of which output power is delivered.
Exhaust Stroke Again. piston moves from bottom dead center to tor
dead center when exhaust valve opens and intake valve closes. The burnand expanded exhaust gas is pushed out of cylinder by piston along theexhaust passage.
The above mentioned process is repeated in succession and natural gasengineruns continuously.

Model 1190NT Natural Gas Engine is a single cylinder horizontal arranged,four stroke, condensing cooling and ignition internal combustion engine, the power machinery that uses combustible gas like natural gas as main fuel.
