Product Description
Advantages and applications
SF 2 boundary lubricating bearings are based on steel plate, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, surface-rolled modified polyoxymethylene (POM), and contain oil storage pits.
The characteristics of this product are:
suitable for long-term use under boundary lubrication without maintenance;
suitable for rotary motion and rocking motion under heavy load and low speed;
excellent bearing capacity, low friction coefficient and good wear resistance;
no water absorption High resistance and oil absorption, dimensionally stable;
bearings can be re-machined to get better tolerances when press-fitting.
Grease is recommended for initial installation. The oil reservoir on the bearing surface ensures optimum grease distribution, while in-process oiling can greatly increase the service life of the product.
Products are widely used in: truck pedal assemblies, balance shafts, brake calipers, steering kingpins and tailgates, etc.; logistics machinery: trucks, cranes, truck-mounted cranes; forest machinery; packaging machinery, etc.; and agricultural machinery, etc.
