Wool Felt Polishing Wheel
They are used for buffing and polishing with or without cutting agents and lubricants. We offer the finest quality felt polishing wheels, accurately balanced, and made from selected long fiber wool with no resins or synthetic fibers. Hardness and density are achieved through controlled fulling and hydraulic pressing.
Medium Density - for both rounded and flat surfaces for most industrial applications, such as metal, used in conjunction with cutting compounds.
APPLICATION
1.
Used for polishing with compound because felt on it’s own won’t polish – it’s just a carrier. they are used with compounds to suit the metal being polished to create a bright reflective mirror finish.

Used for grinding all kinds of surface of metal workpiece,stainless steel, table ware architectural, handware, handle, hinge, gatelock, galvanization, lighting,brassie,copper plastics and marble and so on.

To have the best results you need to prepare the metal first so the surface is flat and smooth, the polishing process will only finish as good as the pre-polish. You could consequently end up with a very polished scratch if you don’t flatten the metal first.
